- All onsite time is charged a minimum of 1 hour, then 30 minute increments after the first hour.
- All remote time is charged a minimum 30 minutes, then 15 minute increments after the first 30 minutes.
- Unused support hours will expire 12 months after end of your agreement or invoice date, whichever is later.
