Each has genuine trade-offs worth knowing about, OneDrive integrates most naturally if your business already runs Microsoft 365, Dropbox and Box are popular choices for businesses sharing large files with external clients or collaborators, and Google Drive suits businesses already using Google Workspace for email.

This includes managing security permissions on sensitive files and folders, and setting up reliable syncing across your team’s Macs and mobile devices, so everyone’s working from the same version of a file, not three different ones. iCloud is designed more for personal use than for business, but if your business is already using it, we’re happy to help support it.
