The 5 hour flexible home help pack offers a great way to have flexible support from Your Mac Tech. It includes a 10% discount off our normal hourly rate reducing the rate to only $135 per hour. A great option if you have a big project or would like ongoing assistance.
Your flexible support hours can be used onsite or remote, all at once or for multiple projects. Buy online and we'll contact you to book a suitable time.

- Prices exclude GST.
- All onsite time is charged a minimum of 1 hour, then 30 minute increments after the first hour.
- All remote time is charged a minimum 30 minutes, then 15 minute increments after the first 30 minutes.
- Unused support hours will expire 12 months after end of your agreement or invoice date, whichever is later.
